| Bidders’ may inspect the units prior to sale
by looking into the space. Bidders' are prohibited from
rummaging through the contents of the stall. |
| Buyer is not permitted to touch or move any of the
items until the sale is declared closed. |
| Cash ONLY payment required at conclusion of sale. $100
deposit required to be held until the unit is emptied and
inspected by DEMOTTE
U-LOCK LLC. |
| Minimum sale price of $25.00 per unit. All items to be
removed within 72 hours of sale. |
| Personal items found in the unit, such as photographs,
letters, diplomas, etc., are excluded from the final sale. |
| DEMOTTE
U-LOCK LLC has the right to pull items from the
sale if a reserve is not met or some strange circumstance arises. |
